Krzysztof Chętkowski, co-founder, is a Head Consultant, responsible for
developing the firm’s regional business.
Before executive search, 6 years, involved in travel industry, built the
second largest (multimillion in usd in revenues) IATA licenced air ticketing
business in Poland, from scratch. His 15 years executive search experience begun
in 1996. Than, started to work for executive search industry. First 3,5 year
worked for British executive search firm with its office in Warsaw. At the
beginning as Consultant, later responsible for the group of Consultants. His
expertise included financial services, operational finance, and technology
industries. In 1999, Krzysztof started to work for other executive search firm
Central EP, where he is a Managing Partner. Within more than 10 years, together
with his colleagues from London, he managed to build the strong executive search
firm, placing top executives, particulary in financial services, finance, TMT,
FMCG and others.
Graduated from Foreign Trade SGH, studied at MacQuarie
University, Sydney, EMBA Graduate.
